This is a major release, with a number of great new features.

- An ultra simplified installation procedure on Windows and Linux
- New capabilities of the MapFish protocol, particularly for querying data
- Client plug-in facilitating installing the JavaScript toolbox in the application
- Python 2.6 and Pylons 0.9.7 support
- Improvements of the recenter widget and the feature editing panel
- Integration of GeoExt 0.6
